programs to Improvo the llfo of the world's disabled parsons;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills
City Council hereby doslgnates 1982 as the National Yoar of the
. Disabled In tha Cfty of Arden 111 lis and call upon the citizens
of this community to observe such year through activities In
support of the long term goals of disabled parsons promoted
during the InternatIonal Year of Disabled Persons.
