TERM UNTiL QUALIFICATION OF A SUCCESSOR
TO BE ELECTED AT THE SPECIAL ELECTION ON
NOVEt4BER 2, 1982
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Arden HI! Is
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy
of Councllman;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council

until qualification of a successor to be e acted at the
