'RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING CHRISTOPHER S. MULLIN

WHEREAS, the Commission on Presidential Scholars

has advfsed the Arden Hills City Council that Christopher S.
Mullin has been named a finalist In the 1982 Presidential
Scholars Program, and
WHEREAS, only one thousand out of more than three
mill Ion graduating seniors are so honored, and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has been
advised that Christopher S. Mullin Is also a Nitlonal Merit
SCho.lar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills
City Councl I extends Its congratulations to Christopher S.
Mullin for his past achievements, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City
Council extends Its wishes for continued success In all future.
