<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION AGREEMENT NO. 60588 <br /> <br />'BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Rills enter into <br />an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Trans- <br />portation for the following purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br />To inst~ll a traffic control signal with <br />street lights and signing on the Trunk Highway <br />No. 52 East Ramp-Connelly Street and West Ramp <br />at County State Aid Highway No. 15 (County <br />Road E) in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions set forth and contained in <br />Agreement No. 60588, a copy of which was <br />before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the <br />City of Arden Hills be and hereby are authorized to execute such <br />agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City of <br />all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 12th day <br />of April 1982. <br /> <br />{~~ <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />~~~{&l~ <br /> <br />ClerkAdministrator <br /> <br />~ <br />
