RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION AGREEMENT NO. 60588
'BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Rills enter into
an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Trans-
portation for the following purposes, to-wit:
To inst~ll a traffic control signal with
street lights and signing on the Trunk Highway
No. 52 East Ramp-Connelly Street and West Ramp
at County State Aid Highway No. 15 (County
Road E) in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in
Agreement No. 60588, a copy of which was
before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the
City of Arden Hills be and hereby are authorized to execute such
agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City of
all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 12th day
of April 1982.
