CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
Resolution No. 82-12
WHEREAS, Jacquie Samuel, a resident of
Arden HI I Is, has been crowned 1982 Queen of the Snows
of the St. Paul Winter Carnival, and,
WHEREAS, Lynda Grant, a resident of Arden
HI lis, was 1981 Queen of the Snows of the St. Paul
Winter Carnival, and,
WHEREAS, both Jacqule Samuel and Lynda Grant
are graduates of Mounds View High School, which is
located In Arden Hills,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
Arden HI I Is City Council extends Its congratulations
to both Jacqule Samuel and Lynda Grant.
Passed by the Arden Hil Is City Council this
8th day of Feb ruary, 1982.
