RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILMAN
TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERM
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the
Arden Hills Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to
fill the vacancy of Councilman for the unexpired
term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that
the Council hereby appoints DALE R, HICKS, Councilman,
until December 31, 1982.
Passed by the Arden Hills Councl I on
the 8th day of February, 1982.
