Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the
1st day of
February
, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
'!'he fOllowing members were present: Mayor Woodburn,
Councilmen Hollenhorst, Johnson, McAllister
and the following were absent:

introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMElnB RELATING TO
CQ.mINED IltPROVEMENT W-77-S AND W-78-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
T'lHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement
W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9,
1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980; and
WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and

WHEREAS, the Count.y Audit.or of Ramsey Count.y requires
that. apport.ionment. of the original assessment. against. each
original tract. where it. has lat.er been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the Cit.y Council of t.he Cit.y of Arden Hills,
in order that. the proper assessment. can be ext.ended by the
Count.y Auditor against. each parcel of propert.y thereafter.
NOll, THEREFORE, the Cit.y Council of t.he Cit.y of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apport.ionment. of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of August 21,
1979, against the following described propert.ies:

The City Cle:dt Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this reso-
lution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersiqned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Adminisuator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
