WHEREAS, the City Council ~f Arden Hilla haa subnitted to

requesting zeview and approval of aD amendmeLt to the A~den Hills
S.wer Policy Plan, and
WHEREAS, the sewer extension contaiu&c in the preposed
amendment is not reflect~d in the present Metropolitan ('ouncil
Vater Quality Managem.nt Policy PlOD and will, th.refor~. require
a modification of said Pelicy Plan,and
WHEREAS, the modification of the Wetet Quality Pell~y Plan
~ust preced~ Metropolitan CQuncil approval of the JJropoEe6 Sewer
Policy Plan amertdaent, and
WHEREAS, the MetropolitAD Council is required to ac~ upon
the Plan amendme~nt request witl1in 90 days of submission a~:d may~
therefore, act negativEly on tile ilmendment at this time~
NOW THERIFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of ArdAu Hills
hereby withi;r.aws, the 7tt:,qU€6t for. HetropolitBD Council J.:'EV:,:.CW and
approval of the proposed Sewer P0~,icy Plan amendment.
