RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-19,
DELETING SIZE LIMITATION OF NEWSLETTER COMMITTEE
.
WHEREAS, the Arden HI lis City Council has determined
that, In order to provide more flexibility, the number of
members serving on the Newsletter Committee should not be
limited;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the fifth
paragraph of Resolution No. 79-19 be amended to read as
fo I lows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
the City of Arden Hills hereby estab-
lishes a Newsletter Committee composed
of a chairman, an editor and members
appointed by the Mayor with Council
concurrence after recommendation of the
Committee, and"
