Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day
of December, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen Johnson, McAllister and Hollenhorst; and the fallowing
was absent: Councilman Wingert.
Councilman Hollenhorst inuoduced and lIIOved the adoption
of the following resolution:

ltESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OJ'
PE'1'I'1'IOII AND ORDERING PREPARATION OJ' REPORT
ON' IMPROVEMEN'l' 110. SS-W-P-ST-8l-S
WHBRBAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in
the City of Arden Hills, in the general area north of Floral
Drive, east of Trunk Highway 10, south of Briarknoll Second
Addition, and west of the east boundary of the City park by the
installation of sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage facili-
ties, bituminous pavinq, concrete curb and gutter and necessary
appurtenances, filed with the Council on December 9, 1981, is
. hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 429.035.
NOW, TllBREPORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OJ' THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:

that the petition be referred to the City Consulting Engi-
neers for study and that they are instructed to report to the
Council wi1:l1 all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improveEnt, and 1:I1e estimated
cost of the improvement as recOlllllended.
'l'he motion for 1:I1e adoption of 1:I1e foreqoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and
the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I bave carefully compared the attached and
foreqoing extraot of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City beld on the 281:11 day of December, 1981,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full, true and COIllplete transcript insofar as 1:I1e same
relates to IllIprovement No. SS-tf-P-ST-8l-S.
