Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hilla
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesou, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day
of December, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
'l'11e following members were present: Mayor WOOdburn and
Councilmen Bollenhorst, McAllister and Johnson, and. the fol-
lowing was absent: Councilman Wingert.
Councilman Bollenhont introduced and moved the adoption
of the followinq resolution:

RBSOLUTION AtiARDING BID FOR
I>4PlWJVEMENT NO. P-81-1
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, aCCOrding to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City,
said bids were received on November 18, 1981, at 2:00 o'clock
p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the follOWing
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. .JcCrossan, Inc. of OSseo,
l-linnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated
price of $203,042.50.
NOW, THEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, MllU18sota:
1. Tbe Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with C. s. Mccressan, Inc.
for $203,042.50 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the
above improvement according- to the plans and specifications
thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts
have been signed.
Tbe motion for the adoption of the foregoinq resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All, and
the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
