FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills
held on the

WHE REAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a preliminary layout
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 1 ?'i renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 'i1
within the corporate limits of the City of Arden Hills

at Hamline Avenue me
; and seeks the
approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No.1 S.P. 6216-87
(51=125) at Hamline Avenue
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk
Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of the Resolution
MeAl I ister, Hollenhorst, Johnson, Woodburn
The following Council Members voted against its adoption:
None
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
