Resolution No. 81-78
PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON GREY FOX ROAD
'.
WHEREAS, the CIty of Arden Hills has planned
the Improvement of S.A.P. 187-105-02 (Grey Fox Road Improv-
ment No. P81-1) from S.T.H. 51 to Lexington Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the CIty of Arden Hills will be expend-
Ing Municipal State Aid Funds on the Improvement of said
street, and
WHEREAS, said Improvement does not conform to the
approved mInimum standards as previously adopted for such
MunIcipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the proposed
construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictIons,
and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictIons that
would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this
construction as a Municipal State Aid project In the City of
Arden Hills has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
City of Arden Hills shall restrict the parkIng to motor
vehicles on the south side of Grey Fox Road at all times.

day of October, 1981.
