WHEREAS, the property owners of Karth lake Estates
Third Addition, by letter dated October 19, 1981, have agreed
to pay the balance of special assessments on Parcel No.
25-02200-030-02,
WHEREAS, this property is subject to assessments
for Water Improvement No. W-P-SS-76-1, and
WHEREAS, It has been requested by the owners of
Parcel No. 25-40960-011-07 that the balance of said assess-
ments be transferred from Parcel No. 25-02200-030-02 to .
