Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on MOnday, the 13th day of October,
1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: M.yor Robert Woodburn,
Council.en M.urice John.on, Di.ne McAlli.ter, .nd J.... Wingert
and the following were absent: Council.an Hollenhorst

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement
W-77-S and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on OCtober 9,
1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19801 and
WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll bave been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner1 and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each

original tract where it has later been uivided, sold or conveyed,
be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order
. that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment Of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979,

hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister
, and upon vote
~ing taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
