Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 13th day
of October, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen Wingert, Johnson and McAllister; and the fOllowing
was absent: Councilman Hollenhorst.
Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of
the fOllowing resolution:
Resolution No. 81-74
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVElIJENT NO. P-8l-4
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the
City of Arden Hills including all that property abutting and
west of Lexington Avenue between County Road E and Victoria
Street by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, being
done in conjunction with Ramsey County's improvement of
Lexington Avenue, and to assess the benefitted property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes
1961).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City
Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to

report to the COuncil with all convenient speed, advising the
COuncil in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve-
ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recol\llllended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert, and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereOf: All; and
the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
COuncil of said City held on the 13th day of OCtober, 1981,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same
relates to Improvement No. P-81-4.
