RESOLUTION 8~-73
RESOLUTION INITIATING ESTABLISHMENT OP PUBLIC RAILROAD CROSSIIilG
OF SOO LINE SPUR TRACKS ON GREY POX ROAD
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Arden Hills desires
to complete Grey. Fox Roaq from Lexington Avenue to the east
frontage road of Highway 51, as part of City Improvement P 81-1
and SAP 187-105-02, and,

WHEREAS. completion of the road will require crossing the
existing Soo Line Railroad spur, and,
WHEREAS. engineering information relative to the proposed
crossing has been sent to the Minnesota Department of
Transportation and their comments have been received, and the
information . indicates that establishment of such a crossing is
possible,

NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, that the COllUnissioner of Transportation of
the State of Minnesota take such steps as may be necessary to
establish said public crossing of Grey Fox Road across the Soo
Line Railroad spur, and that the COllUnissioner determine the type
and number of attendant warning devices required and an allocation
of cost of establishing the proposed crossing and attendant
warning devices.
