Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of city Council
City of Arden Hl11s
Ramsey County, .linnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rt!9Ular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day
of September, 1981, at 7;30 o'clock p.m.
'l'I1e following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen wingert, Johnson, McAllister and Hollenhorst; and
the following were absent: , None.
Councilman Hollenhorst introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:

RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEt"\!ENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-81-3
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in
the City of Arden Hills, in the area generally bounded by a
line parallel with Old Highway 10 and approximately 110 feet
west thereof, County Road E on the south, Soo Line Railroad
tracks on the north, and State Trunk Highway 51 on the east
by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous
paving, concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainage facili-
ties, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on
September 14, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA;

'l'bat the petition be referred to the City ConsultinlJ Engi-
neers for study and that they are instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it shOuld best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
'l'be motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolut.ion
was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All, and
the following voted against the same: None I whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopt.ed.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on the 28th day of September, 1981,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same
relates to Improvement No. SS-W-P-S'l'-Sl-3.
