Oci:ober 13, 1981 Pursuant i:o due call and notice thereof, the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 13th day of October, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor WOodburn and COuncilmen Johnson, Wingert and McAllisterl and the following was absent: COuncilman Hollenhorst. COuncilman Wingert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 81-67 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-81-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the COuncil of the City of Arden Hills as follows: . 1. By resolution adopted September 28, 1981, the COuncil has directed the City consulting enqineer to prepare a prelimi- nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement includinq all that property in the area generally bounded by S.T.H. 51 on the east, COunty Road E on the south, the west line of Sec. 27 on the west, and the Soo Line Railroad right of way on the north by the installation of sanitary sewer, water- main, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The consulting engineer was also directed to include in the report the esti- mated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the COuncil and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement pro- posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3. 2. The COuncil shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City, on November 30, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is .... hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. . 3. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: . ~ NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-Sl-3 CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA . NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City, on the 30th day of November, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 including all that property in the area qenerally bounded by S.T.H. 51 on the east, COunty Road E on the south, the west line of Sec. 27 on the west, and the 800 Line Railroad right of way on the north by the install- ation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances.
