APPROVING AGREEMENT 60609 BETWEEN THE STATE OF
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND TDE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RE: CITY PARTICIPATION IN
STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION CROSSING I. T.H. 694
BETWEEN LEXINGTON AVENUE AND HAMLINE AVENUE WITHIN
THE CORPORATE CITY LIMITS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills anter into Alp.-ee-
ment No. 60609 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Trans-
portation for the foJ.lowillg purposes, to-wit: to provide for pay-
nlent by the City to the State of the City1s share of the costs of
all of the cooperative joint-use storm sewer facilities construc-
tion from andinclud:cng Manhol? No.7 t.o and including Apron No.8
which crosses Interstate Trunk Highway No. 694 between Lexington
Avenue (County State Aid Highway No. 51) and Hamline Avenue (Trunk
Nighway NO. 51) to be performed under State Project No. 6285-87
(T.H. 694-393) within the corporate City Limits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are
hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement.

September 1981
