Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey COunty, Minnesota

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day
of September, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor WOodburn and
COuncilmen Wingert, Johnson, Ho11enhorst and McAllisterJ and
the following were absentl None.
Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of
the followinq resolution:
Resolution No. 81-61
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-8l-2
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City,
said bids were received on July 31, 1981, at 2:00 o'clock p.m.,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, i't appears that Lametti & Sons, Inc. of Hugo,
Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated
price of $755,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. '!he Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with Lametti " Sons, Inc.
for $755,000.00 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the
above improvemen't according to the plans and specifications
thereof heretofore approved by the City COuncil and on file in
the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and
direc'ted to return forthwith to all bidders the deposi'ts made
with their bids excep't the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowes't bidder shall be re'tained until contracts
have been signed.
The motion for the adop'tion of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by COuncilman Hollenhorst and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All, and
. the followinq voted agains't the same: None, whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
