RESOLUTION NO. 2023-054
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR MNDOT METRO
STANDALONE NOISE BARRIER PROGRAM
WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills City Council has discussed applying for the MNDOT
Standalone Noise Barrier Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has identified the section of Old Highway 10 from
Lakeshore Place to Wedgewood Circle as a prime candidate for a noise barrier.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the City authorizes City Staff to complete and submit an application for the
MNDOT Standalone Noise Barrier Program for the aforementioned section of Old Highway 10.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2023.
