PursUAnt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey COunty, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Hiqhway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the. 29.th day of .Ju.ne , 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Robert L. Woodburn. Councilmen Janet Hollenhorst. Maurice Johnson. Diane HeAllister. JamesW. Wingert and the following were absent: COuncilman WinreTt: introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 81-47 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the City of Arden -. Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for COnsolidated Water Improve- ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the COunty Auditor of Ramsey COunty on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected alonq with real estate taxes commencing in 1969; and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- veyed by previous property owners, and r WHBUAS, the COunty Auditor of Ramsey COunty requires that apportionment of the oriqinal assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made . by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the COunty Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter, Commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills does hereby iIlalte the folloWing apportionment of original assess- ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24, 1968, against the followinq described properties: '. The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the COunty Auditor of Ramsey COunty, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by COuncilman MeAlli.ster , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted aqainst the same: NODe whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. . , STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ) SS COUNTY OF RAl.fSEY ) .
