Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City COuncil
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey COunt.y, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 29th day
of June, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor woodburn and
Councilmen Johnson, Wingert, McAllister and Hollenhorst, and
the following were absent: None.
COuncilman Hollenhorst introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 81-44
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l, PROJECT B
(Street Lighting)
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, aCdording to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City,
said bids were received on June 10, 1981, at 2:00 o'clock p.m.,
opened and tabulated accordinq to law and the following bids
were received complyinq with the advertisement:

NOW, 'l'HEREBORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the
City of Arden HillS, Minnesota:
1. 111e Mayor and Clerk Administra'tor are hereby authorized
IlI1d directed to enter into a con'tract. with
Peoples Electric,
S.t. Paul, Minnesota
for $ 69,175.85
in the name of the
City of Arden Hills for the above improvement accordinq to the
plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City
COuncil and on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
2. 'l'he City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits ma4e
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have
been signed.
111e motion was seconded by COuncilman winqert, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the followinq voted in favor thereof:
All, and the followinq voted aqainst the same: None; whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
