RESOLUTION NO. 81-43
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-l3
AND DISCONTINUING CITY SUBSIDY
FOR DISEASED TREE REMOVAL FOR
PRIVATE HOMESTEADED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-13 establishea subsidy
criteria for homesteaded properties of less than twenty
(20) acres, and
WHEREAS, the State Aid for diseased tree removal
is being substantially reduced, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the impact
of the subsidy on the City budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED, that all subsidies
for diseased tree removal from hoaesteaded property be
eliminated, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 79-13 is
hereby rescinded.
