WHEREAS, Maurice Johnson purchased property from
Andrea Palmquist on March 24, 1981, and
~HEREAS, Andrea Palmquist has requested that all
special assessments for Water Improvement 68-3 should be
charged to the Palmquist property (Parcel 25-32000-131-00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden
Hi I Is City Councl I directs Ramsey County Department of Property
Taxation to place all balances of said special assessments
on Parcel No. 25-32000-131-00.
