RESOLUTION NO. 81-36
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE-AID FUNDS
TO C.S.A.H.
WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and neceasary for
the City of Arden Hills to participate in the cost of a construc-
tion project locsted on C.S.A.H. No. 15 within the limita of said
municipality, and
WHEREAS, Said construction project has been identified
in the Department of Transportation records as S.A.P. No.
187-020-01,
NOW THEREFOIlE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appro-
priate from our Municipal State-Aid Street Funda the sum of
$39,000 dollars to apply toward the construction of sald project
and request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve this
authorization.

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a Resolution presented to and adopted by the Council of the
City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, at a duly authorized aeeting there-
of held on tbe 26th day of Kay, 1981, as shown by the minutes of
