AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-3 BY CHANGING
OFFICERS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-3 authorized Charlie
-,
Crichton, Mayo~ or Robert Woodburn, Acting Mayor, to sign
the checks of the City of Arden Hills, and
WHEREAS, the resignation of Mayor Charlie Crichton
was accepted by the CI ty Council on May II, 1981, and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Woodburn was appointed Mayor on
May 11,1981, and
was appointed Acting
and five of Resolution No. 81-3 be amended to read as fol lows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation
drawn on Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul and the Rose-
vi I Ie State Bank, hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by
three of the following officers:
Robert L. Woodburn
Mayor
Charlotte McNlesh
Clerk Administrator
or James W. Wingert
Acting Mayor
or Dorothy Zehm
Deputy Clerk
Dona I d Lamb
Treasurer
or Diane A. McAllister
Deputy Treasurer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator,
Charlotte McNlesh Is authorized to use a signature stamp at such
time that It becomes legal and/or necessary for Robert Woodburn,
4It' Mayor, or Donald Lamb, Treasurer.
