RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT VACANCY EXISTS
AS COUNCILMAN
WHEREAS, p~ rt:?lh-tLLthAAdL. Counc II man,
has been appointed by the Arden HI lis City Council to serve
as Mayor, effective May II, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a vacancy
exists on the Arden HI lis Council for the office of Councilman
for the unexpired term, which Is until December 31,1982.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 11th
day of May, 1981.
