RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER
AVAILABILITY CHARGE (SAC)

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be
established by resolution from time to time adopted by
the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a sewer avail-
ability unit charge of $425.00 is hereby established.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fee shal I be
effective January', 1981.
