REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-64 AND ESTABLISH~NG PERMIT
FEES FOR APPLICAT~ONS UNDER CiTY
ZONING AND SUBDIVISION APPLICA-
TI ONS

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden HI I ~s
has determined that permit fees shal I be established by resolu-
tlon adopted by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, Section 22-12 of the City Code Is being
amended to provide that permit fees be established by resolution
rather than by ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average
costs to the City to process applications and compared charges
in neighboring cities,
[WW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Reso:iutlonilo.
80-64 be repealed, and
BE ~T FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit fees shall be as
