FOR PROJECT A OJ:' UIPROVE1'iliiiT NO. P-30-l
VnjE~$, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council
on January 26, 1981, Horthern States PO~Jer Company has
prepared ~lans and presented an agreement to tile Council
concerning Improvement P-OO-l, Project A.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS, l1blHESOTA;
1. Such plans, copies of ~lhich are attached hereto, and
n~de a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. 'l'lle Liayor or the Clerk P.dministrator is authorized to
sil}n thtl agreement ~Jith Northern States Power Company.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Hollenhorst and upon vote being
taken thereon, the follo\ling voted in favor: llayor Crich ton,
Councilmen Johnson, Hollenhorst, Woodburn.
and the follouing voted against:
Councilman McAllister
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
