Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, lUnnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
~1innesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 23rd day of March
,
1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayar Charlie Crichton,
Councilmen Robert Woodburn, Maurice Johnson, Janet Hollenhorst,
Diane McAllister.
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-20
RESOLUTION RELATING '1'0 APPORTIONMENT OP
ASSESSMENTS RELATING '1'0 CONSOLIDATED
WATER Il-1PROVEI1ENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE I'r RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, IUnnesota, as follows:
llfHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water
Improvements Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted
on September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose
of including installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes coll\lllencing in 1969; and
l'IBEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each
original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con-
. veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter,
commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969
and thereafter.
NOtf, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
24, 1968, against the following described properties:
