Pursuant to due oall and noUoe thereof, a reqular meeting
of the City COunoil of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway
96, St. paul, lti.nnesota, on Monday, the 23rd day of March

1981, at 7:30 o'olock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Charlie Crichton,
Councilmen Rohert Woodburn, Maurice Johnson, Janet Hollenhorst,
Diane McAllister

RESOLUTION RELATING 'l'O APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING 'l'O
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6
BE IT RESOLVED by the City COunoil of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment No. 6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was
filed and oertified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on
Deoember 3, 1963, for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be oollected along with real estate taxes commenoing
in 19641 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners 1 and

WHEltEAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each
original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter,
commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1964
and thereafter.
NOW, 'l'HEREFORB, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of Novembera1, 1963, against the following described property:

tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The moUon for the adoption of the foreqoing resolution
was duly seconded by COuncilman Johnson , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
