"'" Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,. a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crichton, Council- men Hollenhorst, McAllister, Johnson, Woodburn. and the following were absent: None Councilman John~on following resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the Resolution No. 81-1~ RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-81-l WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Arden Hills including all that property on Grey Fox Road between State Trunk Highway 51 and Lexington Avenue by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, miscellaneous drain- age facillities, necessary appurtenances, and procurement of ease- ments,and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: .", That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Consult- ing Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Crichton, Hollenhorst, McAllister, Johnson, Woodburn. and the following voted against the same: None ~eupon said resolution ~Wk~ STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ) SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) was declared duly passed and adopted. rQ.J7A.
