<br />... <br /> <br />/~..,( tf3f'-O-,k:. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of t-1inutes of MeeUnq <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Hinnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day <br />of February, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following IllEllllbers were present: Hayer Crichton and <br />Councilmen Johnson, !tcAllister, Hollenhorst and WOOdburn7 and <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Hollenhorst introduced and IIlOved the adoption <br />of the following r_olution: <br />Resolution No. 8Hf <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />UPDATED F.E:ASIBILl'rY REPORT ON IUPROVEMENT 5"1'-81-2 <br />l'lHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Arden Hills bounded by Lexington Avenue on the east, County <br />Road E on the south, S.T.H. 51 and Hamline Avenue on the west, <br />and westerly extension of Victoria Avenue on the north by the <br />installation of storm drainage facilities including reinforced <br />concrete pipe ranging in size from 18 inches through 72 inches <br />in diameter7 construction of detention basins, outlet struc- <br />tures and miaoellaneous appurtenances 7 and procurement of <br />drainage easements7 and to assess the benefitted property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minn.
