Pursuant to due call and notice. thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 FIest Sighway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the
9 th day of February,
1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. ~ ~
The follmTing members \1ere present: "Charlie Crichto~^Janet
Ho1lenhorst, Maurice Johnson, Diane McAllister, Robert Woodburn
and the following were absent:
Councilman McAllister introduced the following resolution

RESOLUTION REDUCING ASSESSMEN'l'S FOR
CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY IN COMBINED
IMPROVEMENT W-77-S AND W-78-2
BY VIRTUE OF ASSESSMENT APPEAL
tiHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement
11-77-5 and 11-78-2 was adopted August 21, 1979, and
WHEREAS, an apportionment of assessments for the combined
improvements occurred April 28, 1980, by Division No. __;5"~
and

liHEREAS, an assessment appeal against certain parcels in
the combined improvements has now been concluded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden HillS, Minnesota:

2. The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Bills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified cOpy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Hinnesota.
The IIlOtidn for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seadnded by Councilman Rollenhorst, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the Pr./ day of February,
1981, with the original thereof on file i~office, and the
same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to apportionment of assessments.
