ESTABLISHING' FEES FOR LIMITED TEMPORARY
PERMITS

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be
established by resolution from tlme to time adopted by the
City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
fees are hereby established:
Christmas Tree Sales
Circuses and Carnivals
Commercial Advertlsfng Dlstrl-

Flea Markets/Commercial Side-
walk Sales
Organized Group Picnics and
Camping in City Parks
25 to 50 people
Over 50 people
(Refundable If park Is left In
satisfactory condition)

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fees shal I
be effective January 1,1981.
