Resolution No. 81-10
RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 80-66
AND DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL STATE AID
STREET
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 80-66, Dunlap Street,
between Grey Fox Road and Red Fox Road, was requested to be
designated as part of the M.S.A. System, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills wishes to
delete this street from the M.S.A. System~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No.
80-66 be repealed, _and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Counci I of Arden
HI Is requests that a future street connecting 1-35W East Frontage
Road to Old Highway 10 (South of Round Lake) be designated a
part of the M.S.A. System as shown on the attached Exhibit I,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of
this resolution be submitted to the Minnesota Department of
Transportation.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 12th day
of January, 1981.
