DESIGNATION OF ADDITID~AL DEPOSITORIES
FOB INVESTMENT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Resolution }foQ 31-3 designates the North-
western Natiousl Bank of St. Paul and The Roseville State
Bank as official depositories for funds of the City of
Arcier: Hills for the cal.,ndar yea,' 1931; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to invest City funds' at the
highest avai12ble interest rnte~
:HJII, THEREFORE, BE I')' HE.;EBY RESOLVED that effective
this date, the following banks BEB designated additional
depositories for the so_Ie pU:~pDS~ of inveoting funds of the
City of Arden Hills:

First National Bank of Minneapolis

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD~ ~hat i:he City Tre88u~er ia
authoYlzed to take whatever ~ctions are necessary to make
investments at the aforesaid depositories end to ascertain
that adequate security, as reqcized by tbe laws of the State
of Minnesota, is furnished by such depositories to p~ot~ct
