MINUTES CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA SPECJ:AL CITY COUNCIL MEETJ:NG NOVEMBER 9, 1994 I 5:00 PM - CITY HALL I CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor Aplikowski called to order the Special City Council Meeting at 5:15 PM. The I roll being called, the following members were present: Councilmembers Dale Hicks and Paul Malone. Absent was Mayor Dennis Probst. Also present were Acting City Administrator I Terrance Post, Election Coordinator Kim Moore-Sykes and Councilmember-elect Susan Keim. I ADOPT AGENDA Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion, to adopt the agenda for the Special City Council Meeting. Motion carried unanimously (3- I 0) . CANVASS ELECTION I. Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion, that Council certify canvass of the November 8, 1994 Municipal Election as submitted declaring Dennis R. Probst as Mayor for a four (4) year term, and I Dale R. Hicks and Susan L. Keim as Councilmembers for four (4) year terms. Motion carried unanimously (3-0) . I ADJOURNMENT Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion, to adjourn the meeting I at 5:30 PM. Motion carried unanimously (3-0) . I ~l ~ Terrance R.
