. MINUTES OF THE ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor Hansen
called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were present:
Acting Mayor Nancy Hansen, Councilmembers Gary Peck and
-. Jeanne Winiecki. Also Present: Clerk Administrator Gary Berger and Deputy Clerk
Catherine Iago.
CANVASS ELECTION Moved by Winiecki, seconded by Peck, that Council certify
canvass of the November 8, 1988 Election, declaring Thomas
Sather and Paul Malone for four year terms and JoAnn Growe for the two-year unexpired
term. Motion carried unanimously. (3-0)
ADJOURNMENT Moved by Peck, seconded by Winiecki, that the meeting
be adjourned at 6:15 p.m. Motion Carried unanimously. (3-0)
