MINUTES OF THE ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Saturday, July 2, 1988, 8:30 a,m, - Village Hall
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn
called the meeting to order at 8:35 a,m,
ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were present:
Mayor Robert Woodburn, Councilmembers Nancy Hansen, Gary
Peck and Thomaa Sather. Absent: Councilmember Jeanne Winiecki, Also present:
Charlotte McNiesh Actina Clerk Administrator.
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT;
CLERK ADMINISTRATOR
Council reviewed the draft of the employment agreement
for Clerk Administrator Gary Berger prepared by Acting
Clerk Administrator.
After discussion Hansen moved, seconded by Sather that
Council offer the employment agreement to Gary Berger as modified and authorized
the Mayor and Acting Clerk Administrator to execute the document on behalf of the
City. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0)
ADJOURNMENT
Hansen moved, seconded by Peck, that the meeting be
adjourned at 9:20 a.m. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0)
