MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Wednesday, September 2, 1987, 7:15 p.m. - Village Hall
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn
called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were
present: Mayor Robert Woodburn, Counci1members Gary
Peck and Jeanne Winiecki. Also present: Clerk Administrator Patricia Morrison.
EDGEWATER ESTS:
ASSMT. HEARING
Mayor Woodburn advised the Council that the purpose of
the meeting was to adopt a Resolution calling for a
re-hearing on proposed assessment of Improvement No.
SS-W-P-ST-85-2, Edgewater Estates; and, further, that this re-hearing was being
held upon the recommendation of Rob Plunkett, the Acting City Attorney.
Rationale centered around an increase in assessment costs, per parcel, over the
amount indicated in the Notices to affected property owners, as approved by
Council at their Regular meeting of 8-31-87,
Moved by Peck, seconded by Winiecki, that Council
approve Resolution No. 87-57, RESOLUTION CALLED FOR RE-HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-85-2 (EDGEWATER). Motion carried
unanimously. (3-0)
ADJOURNMENT
Peck moved, seconded by Winiecki, that the meeting be
adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously (3-0)
