The following members were present: Mayor Nethercut, Trustees Hottmann, Crepeau and Dlmen. and the following were absent: Trustee BJorndahl Trustee Crepeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENtS RELATING TO .SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 4 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: V~EAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.4 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 17, 1961 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1962, and WHEREAS a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Olmen ~ and upon vote bein~ N~Kll a I taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof' and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:
