the proposed liquor lIcensIng ordinance. The proposed ordinance, as now under
study by the Councl I, was revIewed. The CouncIl wil I give the matter further
study.
The Public Safety Committee met with the Council at 9:00 p.m. for the purpose
of discussing pub lie safety problems with In the VIII age. The fo Ilowl ng members
were present: Vie Weber, Dick Ashton, John Rysgaard, Vern Luther, Wm. Ruppel.
Richard Jones and BII I McGuire were also present with the group.
Mter discussion by the Council, motion was made by Crepeau, secopded by ':iJm~Jns
that the attached 1966 budget and tax levy as presented by the MrliinlstrativE:
Clerk and recommended for approval by the Finance Commi-iotee be 3pproved;

famIly residence. Rosevllle proposed a cooperative effort betwe0n Rosevil Is,
Shorevlew and Arden Hills to approach Ramsey County to request them to recon-
sider their prior decision In regard to purchase of thIs property for County
purposes. Trustee Norman Goodrich was appointed to represent Roseville. Arden
Hills appointed Mayor Kennedy and Henry Crepeau to represent us. Mayor Kennedy
will contact Mayor McCann of Shorevlew.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
