Dynacast
Trustee Nethercut submitted plans for the recently completed enclosure
at Dynacast and recommended Council approval of a building permit
for the structure; seconded by Trustee Crepeau; motion carriedo
Resident complaints concerning the condition ~f Dynacast grounds was
dwcussedo The temporary windbreak structure on the site is to be
checked by Bldg. Insp. Kelley and the Fire Dept. for safetyp Clerk.

Mayor Kennedy reported on the recent publicity in the Mpls. Tribun6
advertising the Twin City Industrial Pa~( located in A.rden Hills.
Metropolitan Sanitary Sewer
Mayor Kennedy reported on the Ashbach=Rosenmeier bills relative to
metropolitan sanitary sewer problems. He urged all Council members
to at'Gend the next hamsey County League of Municipalitios meeting
to be held January 20, 1995.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ~egu1ar
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at
1450 West Highway 96, Saint Paul, Minnesota,

RESOLlJI'ION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 7
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
V~EAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 7 as last finally adopted on October 26, 1964, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 4,
1964, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1965; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in
order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County
Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing
with an assessment to be collected in the year 1965 and there-
after.

OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO STREET
IMPROVEMENT NO.6

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Street Improvement No. 6
as last finally adopted on October 26, 1964, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 4,
1964~ for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1965; and

The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Nethercut , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: a11

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
