Extract of Minutes of Meeting of
Village council ,
Village of Arden Hills
Ramsey COWlty, Minnesota
Held October as, 1962
. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the Village COWlcil of the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was duly held in the COWlcil Cb..mhArs of the Village
Hall in said village on WhU._ , the 2Stb day of October,
1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M.

. The Village Clerk presented an affidavit, showing pub-
lication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
for Street Improvement NO.S in the Ne'... :arighton Bulletin

with the resolut,ion adopted September 24, 1962, which affidavit was
examined, fOWld satisfactory, and ordered placed on file.

ment.' All persons present, were then given an opportunity to
