Extract of Minutes of Meeting of
Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Held October 24, 1962
. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Council Chambers of the Village
Hall in said village on W___ , the 24th day of october,
1962 at 8;00 o'clock P.M.

The Village Clerk presented an affidavit Showing pUb-
lication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
for street Improvement NO.4 in the New Brighton Bulletin
on Sept;. 17 ua ~. 4, 1lia , in accordance
with the resolution adopted September 24, 1962, which affidavit was
exami~ed, found satiSfactory, and ordered placed on file.
The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the
. consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess-
ment. All persons present were then given an opportunity to
present oral Objections, and all written objections thereto-
fore filed with the Village Clerk were presented and considered,
and all such objections were tabulated as follows:
